StylePass App Terms of Service

Section 01

Who We Are

The app is made and run by StylePass, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States.

Section 02

The Service

The app lets you request a doubt audit of your store’s product pages. Our team reads your pages as a shopper and as an AI assistant would, scores each, and shows the context your pages are missing.

• You pick one to five products in Shopify’s product picker.
• Our team prepares the audit, with tools we run ourselves. We read your public product pages, the product content the app reads from Shopify when you request the audit, and public reviews of your products. If your online store is password-protected, we work from that product content.
• Your audit appears in the app, and we email you when it is ready. We aim to have it ready within 3 business days, but we can’t promise a date.
• A store can request a limited number of audits in a period. The app tells you when you reach it.

The app and its audits are free. We may decline or close a request we can’t complete, for example when your product pages can’t be read, and the app tells you when we do.

Section 03

Your Content

Your store’s content stays yours. You let us use your product content and your store’s public pages only to prepare your audit and show it to you, and that includes quoting short parts of them in the audit.

We don’t use your store’s data, or your audit, to train or improve AI models, or to build the StylePass Atlas, the knowledge of shopper questions the app draws on for every store.

Your audit is yours to use for your store. The app, our tools and our methods stay ours.

Section 04

Acceptable Use

Use the app only for a Shopify store you own or are allowed to manage, and only as these Terms allow. Don’t:

• use the app to break the law or Shopify’s terms, or to harm anyone
• try to get around the app’s limits, or reach it other than through your Shopify admin
• try to break, overload or test the security of the app or our systems

If a request breaks these rules, we can decline or close it, and we can suspend your use of the app (Section 9).

Section 05

Your Data

Our privacy policy for the app explains what the app collects, why, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it. We never ask for your passwords.

You can delete your audit report at any time with “Delete my audit report” in the app. To have your requests and email deleted, email [email protected].

Section 06

Shopify

StylePass is our app, not Shopify’s. So:

• We alone are responsible for the app.
• Shopify is not liable for any fault in the app, or for any harm that may result from installing or using it.
• Except where Shopify expressly says otherwise, Shopify cannot help you install or use the app. For help, write to [email protected].
• We alone are responsible for any liability that may arise from your access to or use of the app, including (a) the app’s development, use, marketing or distribution, or access to it, including its support, and (b) our access to, use, distribution or storage of your store’s data.

Section 07

No Warranty

We prepare every audit with care. But the app and its audits are provided “as is” and “as available.” An audit is our team’s opinion of your pages when we read them, not a promise of results such as more sales. We don’t promise that an audit is complete or free of errors, or that the app will always be available.

To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, that arise from the app or an audit; and
• because the app and its audits are free, our total liability to you for all claims about them is limited to US$100.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

Section 09

Ending These Terms

You can stop at any time: uninstalling the app ends these Terms. When you uninstall, any open request is closed at once, and 48 hours later we erase the app’s data for your store, as the privacy policy describes.

We can stop offering the app, or suspend or end your use of it if you break these Terms. Where we can, we’ll tell you first, in the app or by email.

Sections 6, 7, 8 and 11 still apply after these Terms end.

Section 10

Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms. Each version is dated; this is version 2026-10-22. If a change is material, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the app after that, the new Terms apply. If you don’t agree, uninstall the app.

Section 11

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. The courts of the State of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
