Welcome to StylePass AI (“StylePass AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the StylePass AI website (“Website”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Website.
StylePass AI currently operates as a web-only, no-signup service that allows Creators to upload or link videos for frame extraction, and Viewers to upload a selfie to see how the Creator’s outfit may look on them.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Website. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Website under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2) Description of Service
StylePass AI provides AI-powered outfit try-on functionality for two types of users:
- Creators: Upload or provide links to videos. StylePass AI extracts still frames, and creators can select their preferred frames and optionally add product links.
- Users (Viewers): Upload a selfie to preview how the Creator’s selected outfit may look on them.
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
3) User Responsibilities
3.1 Creator Responsibilities
- You must upload (or link to) videos you have rights to use.
- You must not upload videos containing illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- You grant StylePass AI a limited license to extract frames and generate try-on previews solely for Website functionality.
3.2 Viewer Responsibilities
- You must upload a selfie you have rights to use.
- You must not upload images that contain minors, nudity, or prohibited content.
3.3 Prohibited Content
You may not upload or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, infringing, or harmful.
3.4 Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering or scraping the Website
- Attempting to access private systems or source code
- Impersonation or deceptive behavior
- Using StylePass AI outputs for harmful or misleading activities
4) Intellectual Property
All rights in the Website, AI models, branding, and underlying technology belong to StylePass AI. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website except as allowed for personal use.
4.1 Content You Provide
You retain ownership of your videos, video links, frames, and selfies. You grant StylePass AI a limited, revocable license to process this content only for generating try-on previews.
We do not use your content to train AI models, build datasets, or for advertising.
5) Privacy
Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:
- No required account signup
- No payments collected
6) Payments
StylePass AI currently offers no paid services and does not collect any payment information. If paid features are introduced, these Terms will be updated.
7) Availability of Service
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change at any time.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StylePass AI is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or media
- Any reliance on Website outputs
- Errors, delays, downtime, or interruptions
Your use of the Website is at your sole risk.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website at our discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service. Since no accounts currently exist, termination may take the form of blocking or restricting access.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration seated in California, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
