Welcome to StylePass AI ("StylePass AI", "we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the StylePass AI website ("Website"). By using the Website you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
Quick summary: StylePass AI is a web-based try-on service with two flows — Creators and Users (Viewers). We currently do not require sign-up, do not process payments, do not sell user images, and do not use uploaded images to train our models. Uploaded media is retained temporarily (up to 60 days) and may be deleted earlier on request.
1) Information We Collect
StylePass AI currently operates without mandatory sign-up. We may introduce optional accounts in the future; this Policy already anticipates that possibility.
1.1 Creator Flow — Videos & Frames
Creators may provide:
- Video files uploaded directly to the Website, or
- Links to videos hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox).
We fetch and extract still frames from those videos, allow the Creator to select preferred frame(s), and then enable product-link association for the selected frames. Creators do not upload separate clothing photos — frames are the primary source for outfit data.
1.2 User (Viewer) Flow
Users who arrive via a Creator's shared StylePass link may upload a selfie or personal photo to preview how the Creator's selected outfit looks on them. This photo is used only for generating the try-on preview and is subject to the retention rules below.
1.3 What We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect phone numbers, government IDs, payment information, or other sensitive personal identifiers. We currently process no payments.
1.4 Device & Analytics Data
We collect minimal technical data for site operation and improvement (browser type, device, pages visited, session durations, referral source). This data is used only for analytics, debugging, and improving the Website.
2) How We Use Videos, Frames, and Photos
2.1 Creator Videos & Frames
Creator-provided videos or links are used solely to fetch frames, let the Creator select the best frame(s), and produce try-on previews for users. We do not use Creator videos or frames to train AI models, nor do we sell or share them for unrelated purposes.
2.2 Product Links
If a Creator supplies product URLs for clothing, we store those links only to power the try-on experience. They are not sold or used for model training.
2.3 Viewer Photos
Viewer-uploaded photos are used only to generate try-on previews. We do not use these photos to train models, sell them, or display them publicly.
3) Media Processing & Retention
- Uploaded videos, extracted frames, viewer photos, product links, and generated outputs are retained for up to 60 days to allow preview regeneration, recovery, and re-download.
- Creators and viewers may request earlier deletion by contacting monica@stylepass.ai. Where technically feasible, we will honor early deletion requests.
- After the retention window, all media and associated files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
4) Data Sharing & Service Providers
StylePass AI does not sell personal data or uploaded media. We share limited information with trusted subprocessors that help operate the Website (cloud hosting, inference providers, CDN, analytics). Subprocessors are contractually required to protect data and may process limited technical identifiers for their service delivery.

We maintain a list of subprocessors and will provide details upon request where legally required.
5) International Transfers
We currently do not transfer personal data outside the regions where it is collected except where technically required. If we introduce international transfers, we will implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and update this Policy.
6) No Payments Today
StylePass AI currently does not process payments. We do not collect any payment card or banking information. If paid features are introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated and any necessary consent or disclosures will be provided before collecting payment data.
7) Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent. Because we currently do not require accounts, the primary actionable right is image deletion. To exercise any rights or request deletion, contact monica@stylepass.ai. We may require identity verification (e.g., via the same email or token used in the session) for deletion requests.
8) Security
We use HTTPS/TLS, encrypted storage, access controls, auditing, and secure deletion procedures. While no system is completely secure, we follow industry best practices to protect uploaded media and user data.
9) Children
The Website is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will promptly delete that data.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect new features, legal requirements, or improvements. Material changes will be communicated via an on-site notice or banner. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
